Betty Spaghetti’s Flying Food Adventure Show is an imaginative and entertaining children's television series featuring incredible edibles. Each episode combines live action and animation, spotlighting a "Blue Plate Special" food ingredient as its theme.

Our hosts Betty and her Uncle Eddie Spaghetti go on exciting, ingredient-inspired flying food adventures. Combining live action with the creative imagination of artist Laurie Pincus, and flavored with a whimsical sense of humor and lots of original music, Betty Spaghetti's Flying Food Adventure Show will entertain and inspire children and their families to discover a lifelong love of healthy eating. 

Our team includes Twila Liggett, creator and executive producer of PBS’s award winning series, Reading Rainbow, Laurie Pincus, internationally recognized multi-media artist, and Eric Haessler, an actor and teacher with over 30 years of experience working with children.
